Service Transport, Inc. has been serving shippers throughout the country for more than fifteen years (established in 1991). We specialize in shipping temperature controlled food products, both L.T.L. (less than truckload) and truckload shipments nationwide.
We offer freight consolidation of temperature controlled food shipments operating exclusively with cold storage facilities to insure safe handling of our customers product.
Our associates are committed to providing our customers and carriers complete service in all aspects of our operation. They are involved in all facets of our service, whether it be customer service, dispatch, billing, settlements, or claims. We feel this gives our customers and carriers alike complete service as opposed to being passed from one department to another.
When a customer or carrier calls, they reach one of our associates, not a computerized phone system that puts the caller thru the process of listening to a menu then deciding what button to push to get service. We feel that our service starts with a phone call and the very best way to provide that is with a person, not a machine.
Service Transport's mission since its inception has been to conduct our business with integrity and concern for our customers, owner-operators, carriers, and our associates as well.
